The Restaurant

Our kitchen celebrates Australia's diverse produce with a contemporary approach. From native ingredients to coastal seafood, each dish is crafted to reflect the season and the land. The menu changes to highlight peak produce, while European technique brings precision to every plate.

The bar program complements the menu with classic and original cocktails, and the kitchen stays open late to serve those who linger after poker. Bar seating is available for pre-dinner drinks from 5:30 PM, with late-night dining until 11:00 PM.

Charred Kangaroo Loin

A modern Australian classic: kangaroo loin seared over open flame, served with native pepperberry jus, roasted root vegetables, and a bush tomato glaze. Cooked over charcoal for smoky depth and served with seasonal vegetables.

Sydney Rock Oysters

Fresh Sydney rock oysters with a finger lime mignonette and wattle seed cracker, a bright start to the evening. Sourced from the New South Wales coast, the finger lime adds a native citrus lift.

Slow-Braised Lamb Shoulder

Lamb shoulder braised for eight hours with rosemary and garlic, served with creamy polenta and a red wine jus, perfect for sharing. Comforting and rich, ideal for a pre-poker dinner.

The Card Lounge

A Room Built for Poker

The Card Lounge is a dedicated space for offline poker, designed with the same attention to detail as the dining room. Dark timber, green felt tables, and soft lighting create an intimate atmosphere for serious play and social connection. Physical poker tables with premium felt, playing cards, and poker chips are provided.

Our signature game is Texas Hold'em, but the Card Lounge also hosts other poker variants. Regular tournaments and casual cash games (no monetary prizes, just social play) keep the room lively.

A continuous copper line—both a design motif and a physical element in the venue—guides you from the warmth of the restaurant to the thrill of the Card Lounge. Every Thursday night, the Card Lounge hosts a Texas Hold'em tournament. Players of all levels are welcome, and the atmosphere is friendly yet competitive. Thursday nights at 9:00 PM, no buy-in required, social play only. Limited seats, reservations recommended.

High Roller Lounge Nights

For experienced players, the high roller lounge offers private tables and a more intense poker experience on select Saturdays. Private poker salon setting, by reservation only.
